Returns & Refund Policy – Her Paper Path

At Her Paper Path, we want you to love your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please read the following policy carefully.

1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

However, if the item received is incorrect, damaged, or the mistake was caused by Her Paper Path, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item returned in damaged or used condition not caused by shipping

4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem, if applicable

We will review each case individually and work to provide a suitable solution.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
